What you need:
1 pkg. NOH Hawaiian Poke Mix
1 lb. of fish (aku, ahi, swordfish, etc.)
2 teaspoons sesame seed oil
water
Cut raw fish into 3/4 inch by 3/4 inch squares.
Remove ogo (seaweed) from package and place in a bowl. Cover
with water.
Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Remove ogo from water and cut into
1/2 inch pieces. Place cut fish in a bowl and sprinkle
ogo over fish.
Add 2 teaspoons of sesame seed oil. Add NOH Hawaiian Poke
package and mix well.
Serve. For added flavor and color, add chopped green onions.
Other Suggested Uses:
Tako (octopus) Poke: Cut cooked octopus into
1/8 inch slices and follow above directions.
Tofu Poke: Use 1 lb. of tofu (drain from
water) and follow above directions.
